Catering order guide
This page explains how catering works at our Briar Vista kitchen. For same-day pickup and delivery apps, use the Pickup/Delivery section on the home page.

Most menu items can scale up for trays. Curries hold heat well in foil pans. Noodle dishes are best when guests can eat within about thirty minutes of pickup, since noodles keep absorbing sauce.
How to place a catering order
- Call 404-315-6750 and tell us the date, approximate head count, and whether you need pickup or delivery.
- Name two or three proteins you know the group likes. We will suggest pairings, such as a mild curry, a stir-fry with vegetables, and a salad or appetizer spread.
- Confirm spice levels. Office groups often order curries at mild or medium, with one Thai-hot tray labeled clearly for guests who want it.
- Ask about rice. Steamed jasmine rice is usually ordered by the half-tray or full tray based on guest count.
- Pick up at 2169 Briarcliff Road NE, or arrange delivery if we have capacity that day. Third-party drivers are listed on the home page when you need app-based delivery instead.
Timing and portions
- Weekday lunch drops for offices near Briarcliff often book one to two days ahead. Friday and weekend party trays can fill earlier in busy seasons.
- For twenty guests, many hosts order three large entrees plus rice and one starter. For forty guests, five entrees plus rice and two starters is a common starting point.
- Let us know about peanut or shellfish allergies when you order so we can flag sauces and garnishes.
- Utensils, plates, and serving spoons are not assumed. Say if you need disposable packs and we will add them when available.
